Paresh completed his post-graduate diploma course in Dramatics from the prestigious National School of Drama [N.S.D.], New Delhi in 1995 and has acted in Gujarati and Hindi plays with eminent directors like Satyadev Dubey, Barry John, Naseeruddin Shah, Chandrakant Kulkarni, Siddharth Randeria, and TV serials like Naya Daur and Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka.

He has been the Dialogue Coach for the film KAIPO CHHE and Casting Director for many prestigious projects like RANG DE BASANTI, Ketan Mehta’s Films MANGAL PANDEY – THE RISING and RANGRASIYA, and other films like NAINA, JAI SANTOSHI MAA and even an AD film by Vishal Bhardwaj. He was also Script Researcher for SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE with Oscar winning screenplay writer Simon Beaufoy and also worked as Chief Assistant Director to Ketan Mehta. However, his passion is teaching and he has been working as acting coach in theatre, television, films and animation industry for the last 22 years.

Paresh started teaching in 1995 as an Acting Professor at Parag Vijay Dutt Drama Academy, Mithibai College, Mumbai. He also conducted theatre workshops for children and wrote & directed children’s plays (including some for Specially abled children) at M.P. Shah English High School, Mumbai. He was also a Theatre Researcher with Indian National Theatre (INT).

Since 2002 he has worked as Acting for Animation teacher at Maya Animation & Advanced Cinematic (MAAC), as Creative Director with Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects, has conducted special seminars at Renowned Public Forums like ABAI (Bangalore) TASI, ASIFA, CGTantra, etc. on Acting for Animation and Film Making. He is Currently working as Acting Teacher at Anupam Kher’s Acting School “Actor Prepares” at Mumbai.
